We are looking for a bilingual sales representative to join our team comprised of seasoned security professionals, able to provide customers with customized security solution for intrusion, access control, video security and fire alarm and inspection services. The canidate must have previous experience within the Security Alarm Industry and has the sales ability to expand our existing client base and to acquire new clients primarily in the Greater Montreal area.

Responsibilities

Acquire new lead prospects, develop relationships with clients, close sales of security and fire alarms systems and perform home security evaluations to expand Sentinel’s client base. Complete estimates and proposals for leads and past clients, inspect homes for deficiency repairs and new installations.

Qualifications

  • Previous security industry related sales experience is an asset
  • Working technical knowledge with alarm systems would be beneficial.
  • Be a high energy individual able to quickly bounce back from rejection.
  • Demonstrate a competitive drive and a desire to succeed.
  • Assertive, persuasive and self-starter personality.
  • Ability to upsell clients in person or on the phone.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Must have a valid Quebec Driver’s License.
  • Must have, or be able to qualify for an Agent License from le Bureau de la Sécurité Privée.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills to keep track of your time and reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and customers simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Ability to work autonomously and yet a strong team player in a fast paced environment.
